The first quarter of 2024 has been an interesting period for car game enthusiasts on Android in the United States. Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into the performance of the top contenders in this competitive genre.

Traffic Escape! from FOMO GAMES has seen its downloads start at about 150K in the first week of January, dipping to around 78K in early February, before climbing back up to exceed 120K in March. Weekly active users hovered around 430K at the beginning of January, dipped to approximately 373K in February, and peaked at nearly 477K in mid-March. Revenue trends showed an initial figure of roughly $8.6K in the first week of January, with a peak at about $11K towards the end of March.

Ride Master: Car Builder Game by Freeplay Inc started the quarter with downloads at around 36K, with a peak at 46K in the second week of January, then a decline to about 25K towards the end of March. Weekly active users showed a steady increase from approximately 113K to about 150K in mid-January, then a gentle slide to 138K by the end of March. Revenue saw a modest start at $317, peaking at $604 in mid-January, and then ending with $460 in the last week of March.

Idle Racer — Tap, Merge & Race from CASUAL AZUR GAMES, despite showing no revenue, maintained a consistent user base. Downloads started at 57K in January, dropping to 16K in early February, and slightly rising to 18K by the end of March. Weekly active users began at around 156K, dipped to 104K in mid-January, and then increased to approximately 155K by the end of March.

Drive Zone Online: Car Game by Jet Games FZ-LLC, had a revenue of about $22K at the start of January, decreasing to around $9.4K in early February, and experiencing fluctuations with a peak at $23.6K in late February. Downloads began at approximately 26K, with a notable increase to around 24K in late February, and maintaining similar figures towards the end of March. Weekly active users started at around 56K and showed an upward trend, reaching approximately 85K in the last week of March.

Lastly, Vehicle Masters by SayGames Ltd, also with no reported revenue, saw downloads beginning at 21K in January, peaking at 28K in mid-February, and ending the quarter with about 21K. Weekly active users started at nearly 168K, with a slight peak at 177K in late February, and a rise to around 186K by the end of March.
